Acquaer EKJ-803P Garden jet pump with plastic housing

The EKJ-803P is a self-priming garden jet pump equipped with an 800W motor, which offers a reliable solution for transporting clean water from drilled or ring wells, rainwater collection barrels or ponds. Its special feature is that its housing is made of engineering plastic, with a compact structure, which provides the pump with a unique design and splash protection. Their main area of application is the sprinkler or flood irrigation of green areas and gardens, draining garden ponds or pools, but it is also suitable for providing water supply to a household. The pump has a robust structure and is easy to transport thanks to the carrying handle and its light weight. The motor is equipped with overload protection and a 1.5m power cable. It is easy to put into operation, and the ON/OFF switch is protected from splashing water. The stable tightness of the device is ensured by an axial mechanical seal with a ceramic insert. The mechanical seal requires a constant water supply to function, so dry running of the system must be avoided. For dry running protection, we recommend using our electromagnetic switch PS01-A or PS01-B. The pump has a G1” (30.3mm) internal threaded connection on the suction and discharge sides. In order to achieve the highest possible water delivery, we recommend using a 1” (25mm) diameter suction pipe with a check valve on the suction side (available in our accessories range), and a 3” (19mm) internal diameter sprinkler pipe on the discharge side. One of the main advantages of the jet pump is its self-priming ability, so it is enough to fill the system when starting up and if the suction side is properly closed, refilling will only rarely be necessary to maintain a continuous water column. Another advantage of the jet system pump is that it can suck water from a relative depth of up to 7m (from a well, lake) and transmit it at a relatively high pressure of 3.5..4.8bar, depending on the engine power. (This pressure corresponds to a delivery height of between 35…48m, and depending on the circumstances, it may be suitable for operating about three sprinkler heads.)
