Scheppach Compact 15 T - log splitter 15 tons

Scheppach is the first to launch a new generation of high-performance log splitters. The Compact 15 T is equipped with all available accessories and, thanks to its high splitting force of 15 tons, easily handles all types of wood, whether softwood or hardwood. All this in a very compact structure that reduces storage space requirements: the height of the machine, in the lowered position, barely exceeds 1 meter! The machine is therefore much more stable and easier to handle than other conventional vertical log splitters. The device is the first in its category, and thanks to numerous patented solutions, it complies with the latest EU safety standards, making it one of the safest machines on the market. At the same time, it also meets the strictest German GS standards. The machine is equipped with many features: a fast and automatic return system, safe, two-handed control, a low, laterally extendable base plate, a second base plate that can be folded out to the side for splitting shorter logs, side safety arms to prevent the logs from tipping over, an integrated log lift to help move heavier or larger logs, a giant splitting wedge that can handle logs up to 450 mm in diameter. The machine is driven by a state-of-the-art, brushless electric motor, which is much more efficient than traditional electric motors, saves electricity and requires almost no maintenance. The log splitter is also equipped with the VARIO system, which means that the length of the splitting path can be adjusted to the length of the log, so that the working cylinder and wedge only move the required distance, thus saving time and electrical energy. The solid chassis is equipped with 3 wheels, which makes the machine significantly more comfortable to move. The entire structure of the splitter is designed for the longest possible lifespan and is made of high-quality, powder-coated steel.
