The Uni M5-450T mechanical pencil is available with a 0.5mm tip. The rotation of the pencil tip keeps the pencil sharp and provides users with a comfortable writing experience. The rotation is thanks to the mechanism of the Kuru Toga, so it resists breakage and creates a sharp, dense line. It always produces thin, dark lines, making it an ideal tool for precise and clean writing.

The semi-transparent top gives a sleek and modern look, and the Kuru Toga's three-cog rotation system is visible through the ribbed handle. If that wasn't enough proof that the mechanism works, you can see the logo on the central gear rotating every time the nib touches the writing surface – by about nine degrees with each touch. Forty touches make one complete turn of the mountain.
